2. User Obligations

3. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly/annually. Changes to subscription plans will be communicated 30 days in advance. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of your practice's content, Codortal maintains ownership of the website generation technology and platform infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

Codortal is not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you will receive an export of your website content.
