1. Our service

Codortal provides websites, online booking, consent forms and lead management for dental practices, together in one platform.

2. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information about your practice, to keep your account details secure, to comply with the regulations that apply to your practice, and to hold the necessary permissions for any content you supply.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. We will give you 30 days' notice of any change to your plan.

4. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of your practice's content. Codortal keeps ownership of the platform and the technology behind it.

5. Limitation of liability

Codortal is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.

6. Ending the service

Either of us may end the service with 30 days' notice. When you leave, we will provide an export of your website content.
